The DSBA Mental Health and Capacity Committee are pleased to present this seminar in conjunction with the Irish Mental Health Lawyers Association. The Seminar will be chaired by Judge Groarke, President of the Circuit court and includes talks by Patricia Gilheaney, CEO of the Mental Health Commission and by experts in the area of mental health law. It will provide updates on case law, on the review of the mental health act and will also provide guidance on best practice at tribunals and in circuit court appeals
